The development of Rossopomodoro in the world continues with Eataly

The eighth restaurant in North America opens in Dallas

Eataly, despite the critical moment that the whole world is experiencing, respects the calendar and cuts the ribbon in Dallas, Texas: 4300 square meters on 3 floors, in the NorthPark Center shopping mall. Inside a space dedicated to Rossopomodoro, with Neapolitan pizza and its Italian raw materials. This will occupy 450 square meters, will have 240 seats and 2 pizza ovens branded Stefano Ferrara. The novelty of this restaurant will be a "Station" devoted to the preparation of traditional fried pizza in Naples. The pizza maker at the forefront in Dallas is Antonio Magno.

The partnership between Rossopomodoro and Eataly in the United States is increasingly consolidated, as witnessed by a long series of venues opened in just 10 years: New York City, Flatiron (opened in 2010) and Downtown (2016), then Chicago (2013), Boston (2016), Los Angeles (2017), Las Vegas (2018), and the recent opening in Canada, Toronto (2019) and finally the latest in Dallas, which will continue what is becoming a tradition with a relentless pace: from 2016, a new opening of Eataly in North America.

Nicola Farinetti, Ad Eataly: "The opening of the Dallas store represents a great challenge for all of us: to give our customers the opportunity to live a great culinary experience and a great shopping experience that is not only safe, but also comfortable and welcome. We will do our best, knowing that we have the best possible team behind us". Roberto Colombo Ad Rossopomodoro, added: "We confirm ourselves as the most authoritative ambassador in the world of the tradition of Naples. An example of great work and passion that marries the entrepreneurial vision of a genius of exporting Italian gastronomic culture, Oscar Farinetti , esteemed partner but also a great friend, to whom, together with all our overseas staff, I wish you great success for this next exciting opening in Dallas". Finally Franco Manna Rossopomodoro's president concluded: "The partnership confirms the desire to bring the excellence of our territories all over the world. This opening in Dallas has a particular meaning in the sign of optimism because it was conceived and desired, during a period not happy with the pandemic".
