Italian catering in the world is worth 228 billion euros

In Italy we are at 75 billion (+22%), according to data from Deloitte’s Foodservice market monitor

"Catering remains an increasingly important sector for the entire food chain," stresses Tommaso Nastasi, Value creation services leader of Deloitte.
