Ferrero too at the Shangai's show, with 8 new products
An Italian business delegation will participate in the third edition of the China International Import Expo (CIIE) with over 80 exhibitors. "The Italian companies involved in the exhibition this year are engaged in the sectors of trade in services, automotive, technical equipment, consumer goods, food and agricultural products, fashion, jewelry and medicine", said Michele Cecchi , consul general of Italy in Shanghai. Cecchi stated that in terms of cultural exchanges, 55 world intangible cultural heritages from Italy will be presented at the Ciie.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties between China and Italy. Ferrero said it will bring more than 20 product varieties to the event, eight of which are completely new. "It will be the second time that Ferrero will participate in the Ciie", said Mauro De Felip , general manager of the company in China. According to De Felip, the Ciie has become an important platform for the Group to strengthen its communication with leading stakeholders. "Carrying out the third edition of the event in the midst of a gloomy global economy caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has important significance," he said, expressing his confidence in the Chinese market despite the specter of the coronavirus. "As an Italian company deeply rooted in China for over 20 years, Ferrero will attend the event this year as scheduled, in line with our long-term commitment and positive prospects for the Chinese market."
