Canada: Quench (Culligan) acquires Trusource H2O

The transaction is the Group's tenth purchase since the beginning of 2020

Quench, a company that rents and distributes filtered water chillers, operating in the United States and Canada and a brand owned by Culligan, has acquired Trusource H2O Canada. The latter is a provider of drinking water systems, belonging to Quench's Wellsys brand and based in Montreal.

Trusource H2O leader David Lacombe and founder Gal Karpfen will join the Quench Canada leadership team. Lacombe will assume the role of general manager of Quench Canada, while Karpfen has already been appointed national account manager for Canada. This acquisition follows Quench's first entry into the Quebec market, which took place with the acquisition of Jonli Water Services at the end of 2019, and represents the tenth acquisition since the beginning of 2020. The company announced that it has recently launched a new website. Canadian to better serve customers in the country.
