Iglu announce to have been acquired by Marrone
The CEO and co-founder Giacomo Ruzza leaves the company
This new merger of market excellencies has the aim of combining design know-how and advanced technologies

Iglu - leading manufacturer of designing and production of refrigeration: especially for bespoke refrigerated displays (Front of House) - has been acquired by Marrone, Italian based leading manufacturer of custom cooking units for the international foodservice industry.
Marrone, owner of several brands in the Food & Beverage sectors, has decided to further expand the offering to its customers, this time with the cold, custom made: Iglu. This new merger of market excellencies has the aim of combining design know-how and advanced technologies applied to refrigeration and cooking, and above all to develop the synergies in the manufacturing of the different products always in a custom made perspective.
Iglu take the opportunity to thank Giacomo Ruzza for the excellent results and tenfold growth achieved under his tenure and wishes him all the best for his new life.
