Bonifiche Ferraresi announces investments of 100 million

A program of 300 job hiring is coming

The Bonifiche Ferraresi group will carry out numerous recruitments in Emilia Romagna thanks to a new growth project. The well-known agricultural company is planning new investments that will create 300 jobs. The company, in fact, has announced an investment program of over 100 million euros, also thanks to regional, national and European Community contributions, to carry out various growth projects for agriculture. The initiative aims at digitization and sustainability, and will employ 300 resources. It is estimated that there will be 100 recruitments directly from Bonifiche Ferraresi, while another 200 hires will be generated by the related industries.

The group's growth plan will see, first of all, a project to digitize regional rural areas, through the creation of a digital infrastructure applied to agriculture. This will be followed by others aimed at creating totally Italian agro-industrial supply chains, a smart platform to equip the companies of the group with a unique monitoring and traceability system, and a national agri-tech hub in collaboration with Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, Miur and University of Bologna and Naples.

Bonifiche Ferraresi is an Italian agricultural company and is part of the BF group. The company, whose origins date back to 1871, has its headquarters in Jolanda di Savoia (Ferrara) and includes 3 agri-food companies located in the provinces of Ferrara, Arezzo and Oristano.
