Cinven takes over Landini Giuntini

Ok of antitrust: there isn't constitution of a dominant position

Ok from the Italian antitrust to the acquisition, by Cinven Capital Management (through Artemis Acquistions Limited, wholly owned and controlled by the Sixth Cinven Fund), of the Italian Landini Giuntini, a company from Città di Castello (PG) which operates mainly on the Italian market, in the production and sale of snacks and industrial foods, wet and dry, for dogs and cats, both private label and branded, as well as, to a limited extent, in the production and sale of feed for farm animals (poultry, horses and hares / rabbits). The company in 2018 had a turnover of around 70 million euros.

The transaction communicated consists in the acquisition by Artemis of the entire share capital and, therefore, of the exclusive control of Landini Giuntini, until now controlled by the respective families.
