Coca-Cola, the European bottler chooses Holland
The Group chooses the Netherlands as its home member state
Coca-Cola European Partners (Ccep) has chosen the Netherlands as a home member state following the UK's exit from the European Union for the purposes of the Transparency Directive. The company announced this on Monday, January 4, 2021 in information sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
Coca-Cola European Partners is listed on Euronext Amsterdam, the New York Stock Exchange, London and the Spanish stock exchanges, under the symbol Ccep.
This is the second company to notify CNMV of its decision to change the home member state and replace it with the United Kingdom. Specifically, Berkeley Energia has announced that the home member state of the company for trading its shares in the European Union will automatically cease to be the United Kingdom and will become Spain following the implementation of Brexit.
