Event on high pressure processing technology for the food and beverage industry
The HPP Innovation Week 2021 is the reference event on high pressure processing technology (HPP) for the food and beverage industry. A virtual conference that will bring together manufacturers, retailers, food service companies, regulatory and academic leaders, and other HPP industry players to discuss the latest industry trends and updates. The event will be a forum for education, networking and collaboration, which will seek to demonstrate how HPP can have a significant impact on the safety and quality of food and drink.
HPP is a treatment increasingly adopted by companies, which seek to meet consumer demands by providing safer, healthier products with clear labels. HPP does not alter the freshness characteristics of foods, ensures food safety, improves the shelf life of products by 3x-30x, and reduces or eliminates the need for preservatives or additives.
More than 80 expert speakers in the sector will participate in the event organized by Hiperbaric, protagonists of 40 sessions dedicated to high pressure processing technology for the food and beverage industry.
