The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is one of the Italian excellences in the world and could be missing in the showcase of Cibus 2021, the food exhibition of Parma, back in attendance and just concluded.
EFA News met Mariangela Grosoli , who has been at the helm since the 1980s of the family vinegar company Aceto Balsamico del Duca di Adriano Grosoli, a company that this year has crossed the milestone of 130 years of history.
