Lactalis Canada has agreed to acquire all the shares of the Canadian yogurt company of the Agropur dairy cooperative, Ultima Foods. The Lactalis Group subsidiary has not disclosed the financial terms of the transaction, which is subject to approval by Canada's Competition Bureau.
