Ivs Group agreement with Enel X Financial Services and PayTipper
The parties collaborate to enable the use of payment systems on network of vending machines
Ivs Group has signed a "Memorandum of Understanding" (MoU) with Enel X Financial Services and PayTipper, of a non-binding nature for the parties, aimed at developing various collaboration agreements in the field of payment services and systems. In particular, the agreement provides for the parties to collaborate to enable the use of Enel X Financial Services payment systems (credit cards and Enel X Pay App) on the Ivs Group vending machine network in Italy, Spain, France and Switzerland. It also plans to evaluate the possible use, on the Ivs Group network of distributors, of value-added payment services, such as payment of bills, PagoPa, Mav / Rav, as well as recharging the payment systems of Enel X Financial Services through the also payment of small amounts of cash (coins and small banknotes), at the acceptors installed on the extensive network of automatic vending machines of Ivs Group. Other companies controlled by the company engaged in automatic catering will also contribute to the realization of the projects.

The CoffeecApp payment app, developed by the subsidiary of Venpay SpA, is active on the Ivs vending machine network. The core activity of vending takes place mainly in Italy (83% of turnover), France, Spain and Switzerland, with approximately 224,000 automatic and semi-automatic vending machines; the Group has a network of 88 branches and approximately 2,900 employees. Ivs Group serves more than 15,000 companies and organizations, with approximately 850 million disbursements in 2019.
