The 20th edition of Cibus, scheduled from 31 August to 3 September 2021 in Parma, also includes a new format dedicated to the world of the Horeca distribution channel and therefore bars, restaurants, hotels and the like, with a dedicated exhibition area. In fact, the agreement that marks the birth of the partnership between Cibus (International Food Exhibition) and Dolcitalia, a service company for the world of food, confectionery, impulse and beverage distribution has been signed. The new project, called “Ho.Re.Ca.The Hub”, was designed to promote and support the positive relations between the industry and the world of food, confectionery, impulse and beverage distribution.

An impactful scenography will characterize the Bar / Lounge within the area, thanks to the setting up of a partner for the “Ho.re.ca The Hub” project. The space will present new insights in terms of equipment, service and innovations for the out-of-home channel and will be a venue for business meetings. “Cibus is the event that represents the excellence of Made in Italy in the agri-food sector", declared Stefano Raffaglio, general manager of Dolcitalia, "and we are pleased to be able to give our contribution within this important event.
