Master in olive growing and olive oil technology

The International Olive Council will award four scholarships

As part of its training and technical cooperation activities to encourage research and strengthen the skills of technical managers in the olive sector, the International Olive Council (Coi) plans to award four scholarships for the master's degree in Olive Growing and Oil Technology in 2021. The program was organized in collaboration with the University of Córdoba, with the Consejería de Agricultura, Ganadería, Pesca y Desarrollo Sostenible de la Junta de Andalucía, with the Instituto Andaluz de Investigación y Formación Agraria, Pesquera, Alimentaria y de la Producción Ecológica, the International Center for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies, the Fundación Patrimonio Comunal Olivarero, and the IOC.

Scholarships for the Master's Degree in Olive Growing and Olive Oil Technology are awarded to support professionals in the olive growing and olive oil technology sectors. The objectives are to encourage research, satisfy the growing demand for specialized technicians in the sector, facilitate the transfer of technology and the sharing of information and experiences, and cultivate collaborative relationships between participants.
