New trigeneration plant built by Siram Veolia
Sustainability and innovation are the pillars behind the project created by Siram Veolia for Forno d'Asolo, the Treviso-based company leader in frozen sweet and savory baked goods today at the center of a path of energy transition and sustainable production. The partnership involves the installation of a trigeneration plant that will guarantee the optimization of energy flows within the company and the improvement of sustainable development performance, thanks to the reduction of pollutant emissions into the atmosphere. Forno d'Asolo uses the most innovative technologies for the production and distribution of frozen products, which must be stored throughout the supply chain at temperatures of -18 / -22 ° C. From the factory in Maser (TV), one of the seven factories of the group, where 7 production lines are active, it reaches the whole national territory, through 27 distribution platforms, supplying a range of 1,200 products, sweet and savory, to 40,000 Horeca customers.
The installation of a trigeneration plant that will ensure the annual production of electricity and cooling energy, generated by heat recovery. The plant, designed and built to measure for Forno d'Asolo on the ESCo model, is in fact fully financed by Siram Veoliae remunerated with a fee that is activated at the time of ignition, when it will therefore generate the economic benefits with an immediate cash flow positive.
