"The truth, please, on biological"
The Skretting case history presented in last Sana fair in Bologna
"Water in the mouth", the practical guide for the correct information in the nutritia studied by Skretting, a Norwegian company world leader in nutritional solutions and services for aquaculture, was one of the case histories presented at the conference "The truth, please, on biological", organized in Bologna within last Sana 2019 (the international organic exhibition) by Ccpb, in collaboration with Studio Lce - Life Cycle Engineering of Turin. On the current issue of fake news on food, after the introduction of Carlo Alberto Pratesi, the speakers were Massimo Marino from Sudio Lce, Umberto Luzzana, marketing manager for Skretting Italy, Gianluca Ferrari from Granarolo, and Silver Giorgini from Orogel.
Andrea Bertaglio, journalist, autor of the book "In defence of meat" ("In difesa della carne", Lindau, Turin 2018) presented the conclusions.
