The eighth restaurant in North America opens in Dallas
Eataly, despite the critical moment that the whole world is experiencing, respects the calendar and cuts the ribbon in Dallas, Texas: 4300 square meters on 3 floors, in the NorthPark Center shopping mall. Inside a space dedicated to Rossopomodoro, with Neapolitan pizza and its Italian raw materials. This will occupy 450 square meters, will have 240 seats and 2 pizza ovens branded Stefano Ferrara. The novelty of this restaurant will be a "Station" devoted to the preparation of traditional fried pizza in Naples. The pizza maker at the forefront in Dallas is Antonio Magno.
The partnership between Rossopomodoro and Eataly in the United States is increasingly consolidated, as witnessed by a long series of venues opened in just 10 years: New York City, Flatiron (opened in 2010) and Downtown (2016), then Chicago (2013), Boston (2016), Los Angeles (2017), Las Vegas (2018), and the recent opening in Canada, Toronto (2019) and finally the latest in Dallas, which will continue what is becoming a tradition with a relentless pace: from 2016, a new opening of Eataly in North America.
