The online wine shop Etilika.it boosts its growth thanks to Mamacrowd

Equity crowdfunding campaign for € 500,000 collection target

Etilika, the Italian e-commerce focused on national wines, launches its equity crowdfunding campaign on Mamacrowd in order to accelerate its internationalization and catalogue expansion. After closing a first investment round in December 2020, raising € 425.000, now Etilika is opening up to new investors and wine enthusiasts aiming for the hard cap of € 500.000 in order to strengthen its presence in an extremely thriving market which, globally, commercializes 245 million hectoliters of wine per year and where online purchases are growing faster and faster. The intent of the company is to invest the capital accelerating the development in foreign markets, improve logistics processes, increase media presence and marketing campaigns, enlarge its catalogue with new select labels and reinforce the HoReCa section dedicated to B2B.

It is clear that there is room for growth, both in Italy and abroad, where we intend to expand our offer with a clear and measurable development plan". 

Founded in july 2019, Etilika boomed positioning as one of the most relevant italian players passing from a 200.000 to 2,6 billions € turnover in 2020. The company has a catalogue with more than 1.500 labels, its own warehouses optimized for the storage of wines and an internal logistics team that managed the picking & packing of more than 40.000 packages in the last year. Last but not least Etilika business model focuses on customer care service collecting in the last year more than 4.000 certified reviews with the highest percentage of satisfied customers in the sector (99.3% source Feedaty).
