The brands of Selex Commercial Group distributor in 2020 have scored 10%+ prior to the past year. The market share has reached, in some regions, 28% in the categories of parties with an interest.
The brands of Selex Commercial Group distributor, the second main protagonist of modern Italian distribution, have scored +10% prior to the earlier year in 2020, with a 1,4 billions euros circa of sales turnover.
"The results we have reached are huge, due to the many changes in terms of family life habits during the pandemic months, the current politics of segmentation and the latest solutions. The market share has reached, in some regions, 28% in the categories of parties with an interest, which is encouraging, considering the massive work of all the partners included. Plus, the online sales through our web portal CosìComodo are beyond market average", - says Luca Vaccaro, Selex Commercial Group's director of distribution brands.
"We keep aiming at the valorisation of Italian raw materials and the specialties of the territory - says Vaccaro -. And we'll launch a new line of regional products which will make people appreciate the authentic flavors of tradition". The support to national producers is the main focus of the latest TV spot, on air on the national biggest television broadcasters, with the slogan "The best choice is the one we make together". The strong focus on the packaging with reducted packing material, the utilisation of monomaterials and the preference of reusable and reused materials id also confirmed in 2021.
