IVS Group S.A. acquires Roma Distribuzione 2003

The Company signed also a bank loan contract of Euro 150 million to finance new deals

IVS Group informs that its subsidiary IVS Italia SpA has signed an agreement regarding the acquisition of Roma Distribuzione 2003. active in the vending sector in Lazio region, currently owned by Supermatic SpA group. The business acquired generates annual sales of around Euro 4 million and its provisional Enterprice Value was valued around Euro 4.9 million. This transaction is consistent with IVS Group consolidated growth strategy, aimed at increasing logistic density, efficiency and quality service in the markets served. 

Moreover, the Company informs that has signed a bank loan contract for a total amount of Euro 150 million, organized by BNP Paribas as Global Coordinator e Bookrunner, with the participation of BNL, Banca MPS e Rabobank (a leading Dutch bank) as Mandated Lead Arrangers The facility is split in 2 tranches: the first, of Euro 50 million, to be used for the refinancing of existing loans; the second one, of Euro 100 million, for acquisitions, with an availability period of 18 months. Both the tranches will be reimbursed on 15th October 2022 (bullet). The facility, will support IVS growth strategy, mostly based on further acquisitions, in Italy and other European markets, and will also contribute to increase the average duration of existing bank loans and reduce the group weighted average cost of debt.
