Garofalo, the pasta symbol of Gragnano

Interview with Francesco Gallo, export manager of the historic pasta factory

Pastificio Lucio Garofalo is the first Gragnano - the little town close to Naples - pasta factory in terms of size, quality and volumes, thanks to its ability to keep the tradition alive by putting it at the service of modernity and technology. The pasta factory was present at Cibus Connect, to meet buyers and distributors, many of them international, in the premium segment which is Garofalo's main target. This is a segment that is growing at an international level of almost 10%.
