Eurostands, an Italian company active for over 70 years in the exhibition, fitting out and retail sector, after having adapted to transformations to overcome the economic crisis, finds new life and continuity by looking out to the Middle East and opening new offices in Dubai. “With the opening of Eurostands Dubai, we continue the internationalization process undertaken by our founder as early as 2000 with the opening of our offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong and our branch in London”, explains CEO Maurizio Cozzani .

Particular attention will be paid to Expo Dubai which will be held from October 2021 to March 2022, and which will welcome 192 countries, 25 million visitors, 70% of which from abroad, for which the company is already working on the realization of the participating pavilions. Eurostands has been working for universal exhibitions since 1998, including the construction of the Italian pavilions for Lisbon 1998, Hannover 2000, Aichi 2005, Shanghai 2010, and the Kazakhstan pavilion for Astana 2017. In particular, for Milan 2015 they were set up for the Ecuador, Korea, Angola, Basmati, World Expo Museum and Finmeccanica pavilions.

The company, with the support of the chamber of industry and commerce in the UAE, aims at the design and construction of stands in the Middle East for the entire exhibition world; among the most important and close appointments those of food and beverage such as Gulfood 2021 (21-25 February 2021) and the Dubai International Boat Show (9-13 March 2021). "A bridge between Europe and Asia to export quality, design and Italian excellence in two major areas such as food and boating, which see our country as a world leader in exports, even in a territory as competitive as the Middle East ", says a press release. In fact, the food and beverage industry in the Middle East is one of the fastest growing sectors: in 2019 it is worth about 13.2 billion dollars for an annual growth rate of about 8%, while the Arab Emirates are in ninth position in the ranking of countries by order in 2018, in the superyacht segment, after China and ahead of Brazil.
