From Monday 15 to Wednesday 17 March 2021 on the web platform set up ad hoc will take place Sigep Exp - the Digital Experience, the 42nd International Exhibition of Gelato, Pastry, Artisan Bakery and Coffee. It is the edition on a digital platform of the international event dedicated to artisan ice cream, pastry and bakery and coffee by Italian Exhibition Group, "the starting point of a digital path that will accompany the professionals of the four supply chains up to the January edition 2022". The event is one of the most important of the Rimini Fair.

As explained in an IEG note, it will be divided into three guidelines: internationality, vision and strategy thanks to the collaboration with Ice - Italian Agency for the promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian companies, with NPD Group, a world leader in market analysis of the foodservice and with the major associations and sector publications. Over 20 talks are scheduled in the "Vision Plaza" and interviews and demos carried out in live streaming from the Cast Alimenti headquarters in Brescia.
