Qatar is preparing to welcome again tourists from all over the world and the Qntc (Qatar National Tourism Council) is working closely with the Ministry of Public Health and the entire hospitality sector to ensure a safe environment for all visitors and guests. In May 2020, Qatar introduced the "Qatar Clean" program, a multi-stage and comprehensive initiative that ensures compliance with strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in all hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions in the country. The capital Doha boasts over 3,000 restaurants that attract tens of thousands of customers every day and an array of gourmet restaurants, including over 15 run by Michelin-starred chefs, including Nobu at The Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Hakkasan at The St Regis Doha.
